What Does the Process Look Like?

From first hello to feeling whole. Here’s what’s gonna happen.

We start simple with a free meet-and-greet over the phone for 20 minutes or so—no pressure, just real talk to see if we click, because connection is everything. You share why therapy calls to you and your hopes; I listen deep to make sure this feels right for your path home.

Next comes the 90-minute intake (our first official session) to map your story, see where you're at, and craft how we'll walk this together, diving into what shaped you. From there, we go steady: weekly or biweekly at first, peeling back patterns and subconscious stuff gently, always tending your nervous system so insights land safe and true.

Between sessions, to integrate some of your new awareness, you can do simple home practices like journaling, meditating, or chatting with a trusted friend weave those shifts into daily life, keeping you grounded. As you grow—more regulated, rooted, alive—we ease the pace to monthly or check-ins, until you feel ready to step fully into your humanity, carrying the tools to thrive on your own.
